Institutional Data Manager
Designer in the Data Products business unit on Institutional Data Manager, Morningstar's collection tool for most private data that cannot be collected through APIs/Feeds.
Designs end-to-end workflows from discovery to prototyping to developer QA
Manages research initiatives (Usability and General Interviews), client lists, evergreen idea backlog
Works with business partners to manage expectations and bring new projects to IDM
Works with development team to scope, define specs, and deliver designs/prototypes

Led internal interviews to comprehensively evaluate our org communication between our 100+ designers
Led the initiative to redesign and update our design SharePoint based on interview feedback
Helped to publish onboarding guides, hybrid working guides
